Pondering using this Dreamwidth thingy moreat all as the number of people i know are slowly pondering the same... that and the more LJ does to irritate the crap out of me.

Man, the next step'll be giving them money... er, that is, if i had any money to give them ;D

. o O (oooo, and when it navigated away from this page so i could double-check the cross-post settings, i was quite annoyed, BUT. When i came back, it not only restored what i had typed but also the user icon i had selected, the tag, *and* the mood! i do not think LJ does all that; only the text of the post!)

DW really is making leaps and bounds when it comes to the technical aspects of things. I don't just like this place because it's not run by LJ; I like it on its own merits.

One seemingly small, but actually really nifty thing: when I scroll down my reading list, if there's a cut tag that interests me, I click the little triangle thingy, and the cut tag expands on my reading list page instead of opening in a new tab or what-have-you. (Of course, if I want it open in a new tab, I can do that instead.)

They're working on revamping the post entry page - they've been through a couple of drafts which they've opened up for comment, and it shouldn't be too much longer before that goes live.
